Info for stallholders

In 2026 the market relocated to Tramsheds, 1 Dalgal Way, Forest Lodge. The venue is air-conditioned and undercover. During this transition we will be known as Artisans in the Park/Tramsheds, (AITP/T).

There are two stall options: Upper level in the Harold Park Community Hall or Lower level, located near the food court/Artisans Lane.

Upper level stalls
Upper level Stall sizes are 2x2 metres from $120.00 (no table/s included)
Optional table hire at $10 per table, measuring 1800mm x 750mm. A limited number of tables are available for hire. Allocation will be on a first in first served basis.

Stalls on the Upper level have direct access from the undercover car park and flat load, or from Maxwell Road (via steps or an elevator). For easy unloading, go to the Upper level Carpark and enter via the level 2 entrance which leads directly to the Hall.

Lower level stalls
Lower level Stall sizes are approximately 2 X 1 metre = $70, (1 x 1.8 metre table is included).
Stalls on the Lower level are located in the food court / Artisans Lane part of the shopping centre and have access from the ground level car park, via a ramp.

All stalls enjoy easy access, air conditioning, excellent cafes, food options and facilities.

The next market is 5 September. Applications are now closed.

If you are considering submitting an application please be familiar with our Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.

2026 Markets

  • Autumn: 14 March

  • Winter: 30 May

  • Spring: 5 September

  • Summer: 12 December

Selection Criteria

Our focus is to showcase local designers, makers and artists whose products are original, of high quality, innovative and well presented. Products MUST be made in Australia and be the original design of the stallholder.

As this is a 'meet the maker' market, Artisans are required to personally attend the market.

Variety within the event will also be considered under the following general categories: ceramics, jewellery, homewares, artwork, fashion, health & beauty, woodwork, textiles, kids, glass and other.

If you have been a stallholder previously you still need to re-apply for each market.

Our policy is to reserve a number of stalls for new and emerging artisans, therefore, we may need to include these in your particular category. As such, we cannot guarantee you will always be allocated a site to every market.
