Artisans in the Park/Tramsheds (Market) has a ‘no refund or credit for change of mind’ policy. Stallholders who cancel will forfeit their stall booking fee and will not be entitled to any credit or refund. ‘Change of mind’ includes anything that prevents stallholders from attending whether planned or unplanned. If you have to cancel due to sickness, a medical certificate must be supplied.
Stalls cannot be transferred, sublet, franchised or sold to any other person.
Stallholders must confine their display to their allocated space and no breaches will be tolerated. Signs and displays must be within their allocated area. Height limitations on displays may be imposed on some stalls.
Backwalls in the Upper Level are via application only. No sidewalls are allowed.
The Market accepts no responsibility for loss or damages to persons or goods.
It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure that they conform with any Australian standards, ACC, pertaining to their product.
The Market will not be held accountable for any trademark, copyright or safety infringement.
It is MANDATORY for all stallholders to promote the market via social media channels or other promotional opportunities. Stallholders must promote the market in at least two tagged posts on social media account/s plus a post or video to their local area Facebook group.
As a 'meet the makers' market you are expected to attend on the day.
All monies are to be directly-debited to the Artisans in the Park account within 14 days of notification of acceptance, otherwise your stall will be offered to someone else.
You must trade until 3pm. No early pack-ups unless approved or instructed by the Market Manager on the day. The advertised market opening hours are 10am-3pm, however, stallholders must be ready to trade from 9am.
Stallholders are responsible for keeping their site and surrounding area clean and tidy. All boxes and packaging must be stored out of sight during the market. All rubbish must be removed and taken with you at the end of the market. You must leave your site clean and tidy.
Images submitted by stall holders may be used for the promotion of the Market.
Your personal details, as provided by you, will be used solely for the purpose of assessing your application, joining our electronic mailing list and for the promotion of your business and the Market.
The Market may, at its discretion, withdraw an offer to a stallholder or reject an application if the Market believes the applicant does not comply with these terms and conditions.
Adverse Conditions or Unforeseen Circumstances Policy. The Market incurs set up and annual costs whether it proceeds or not. In the unfortunate event that a Market is cancelled stallholders will receive an 80% refund.
